I´ve completed the 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher training!

I´ve spent the past month in beautiful la Vinuela in Spain (Malaga), where I met incredible people, in very natural and profound ways. We were introduced to the philosophy and history of Yoga, we practiced quite a lot of meditation and of course, physical Yoga and teaching methods. My favourite moments were the meditative walk through nature, the singing to Ganesha for change and removal of obstacles in life, the many moments of companionship and last but not least, the positive outcome of it all! I´m very motivated to include yoga in my own teaching and grateful for this experience.
