New location for regular Pilates Classes!

As of this month, I´m teaching Pilates in the beautiful location of the Spa Santo Antonio in Budens, Algarve. Overlooking water and palm trees in a wide room with wooden floor. 

Join our regular classes on tuesdays & thursdays at 08.30 am during summer, and 11am during winter. All levels are welcome and exercises can always be adapted to your needs and abilities. 

If you want to book a private class or group class outside the mentioned days and times, this is possible, contact me and we can schedule a class in this location! Ideal if you´re staying in Salema or Figueira and want to do Pilates with a group of people during your holiday.
