About our service

This website lists selected independent therapists, massage professionals, and exercise instructors offering health and wellness services in the Algarve.

We do not employ or represent the professionals listed. They are independent providers responsible for their own services.

If you would like a mediation service, contact us and we will help you find a suitable therapist or instructor in your area of the Algarve.

Personal data & reviews

Your personal information may be used solely to communicate with you and provide our mediation service.

We may also contact you after a treatment or session to request feedback or a review.

Reviews sent directly to us may be used on this website or on our social media channels. If you do not want your name displayed, please inform us before submitting a review.

Provider safety

To help ensure the safety of our providers, we may request a photo or copy of an identification document.

Age requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services through our website.

Liability

Health Massage Algarve is a mediation service and is not responsible for the treatments, sessions, or conduct of independent providers.

Although we check providers' professional qualifications and experience before listing them, each provider is solely responsible for the services they deliver.

We will do our best to support communication, scheduling, and finding suitable matches, but we cannot guarantee the quality of services or accept responsibility for disputes between clients and providers.

Health & wellness services only

All services listed on this website are intended for health and wellness purposes only.

Health Massage Algarve does not mediate or accept requests for sexual services. Any inappropriate request or behaviour towards a provider may result in the immediate end of the session, with the full amount still payable.

Payments & cancellations

By booking a treatment or session, you agree to pay for the service received.

A reservation fee of 20% may be required to secure your booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, this fee may be retained by Health Massage Algarve.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will also require payment of the full booked amount.

If you are unable to attend a booked session, we will try to arrange a new appointment with the same provider, when possible.

A reservation payment of 20% is not the full treatment payment. Any remaining amount must be paid directly to the provider in cash and any other payment arrangements need to be clearly communicated by email or whatsapp.

Bank transfers must be agreed in advance and completed at least 5 working days before the session.

Refunds are only provided if a provider cannot deliver the service due to their absence. We may try to find a replacement provider but cannot guarantee availability.
