    With Certifications from Cefad institute in Faro, i have been working as a therapist for the past 5 + years. It is my joy to work with clients and to be able to help with pain relief and to see the results of my treatments, i.e. after a lymphatic drainage. I´ve recently started working with modelling massage techniques which help your body to eliminate fat with more ease and to regain muscle tone. for example after pregnancy or whilst supporting weight loss.

Yoga came to my life while healing from a cancer in 1998, during my degree in biotechnology engineering and i have been practicing Yoga ever since. Since 2014 I've dedicated myself professionally to teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, Kids Yoga and working as an integrative health coach as well. I like to make use of all the different tools from many "kinds" of Yoga, to serve specific purposes, as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Coach. From physical challenges to habit integration and biohacking.

In 2016 I started working as a massage therapist, mainly with Thai and Ayurvedic, but also with the SPA derivative techniques.

With over 18 yrs of professional experience in health care, i´m certified in physiotherapy and Osteopathy (both at university level) and specialized in the method of "Busquet". I have worked in hospitals, home care and sports rehab in Argentina and Spain, before moving to Portugal. My treatments are holistic with special attention on upper member lesions, low back problems and postural alignment.

Sílvia is a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist who has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for over 20 years. She did her 500 hr Yoga instructor course during 2 years, in Berlin (IYA). Followed by the Happy Yoga teaching program in Lisbon (50 hours, for children, pregnant and seniors). She obtained her Ayurvedic therapist certificate from Brahmi Wellness in Lisbon. 

She started working as a Yoga teacher in Germany in 2016 and in Portugal since 2019.

Languages: Portuguese, German, French and English fluently. Speaks Spanish and can communicate in Italian.

Her studies in Psychomotricity and Yoga had already given her solid anatomical knowledge, her experience working with children (also with special needs) brings a empathy, listening capacity and patience.
