Yoga came to my life while healing from a cancer in 1998, during my degree in biotechnology engineering and i have been practicing Yoga ever since. Since 2014 I've dedicated myself professionally to teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, Kids Yoga and working as an integrative health coach as well. I like to make use of all the different tools from many "kinds" of Yoga, to serve specific purposes, as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Coach. Sílvia is a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist who has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for over 20 years. She did her 500 hr Yoga instructor course during 2 years, in Berlin (IYA). Followed by the Happy Yoga teaching program in Lisbon (50 hours, for children, pregnant and seniors). She obtained her Ayurvedic therapist certificate from Brahmi Wellness in Lisbon.
She started working as a Yoga teacher in Germany in 2016 and in Portugal since 2019.
