Yoga came to my life while healing from a cancer in 1998, during my degree in biotechnology engineering and i have been practicing Yoga ever since. Since 2014 I've dedicated myself professionally to teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, Kids Yoga and working as an integrative health coach as well. Followed by the Happy Yoga teaching program in Lisbon (50 hours, for children, pregnant and seniors). She obtained her Ayurvedic therapist certificate from Brahmi Wellness in Lisbon.
She started working as a Yoga teacher in Germany in 2016 and in Portugal since 2019.

These Winter Offers are designed for two people receiving treatment during the same home visit and are intended for ongoing monthly or weekly care.
All Winter Offers are mobile home-visit services, provided in the comfort of your own home.
How the Winter Offers Work
- Payment is made in full at the beginning of the month or week
- All appointments must be scheduled at the beginning of the period they're booked for (1 month or 1 week).
- Treatments are valid only during the period paid for and cannot be carried forward to future months or weeks.
- All offers are for two people receiving treatment during the same home visit.
- Offers are available within approximately 15 km of the therapist's listed location.
- For locations beyond the 15 km local area, a travel fee applies.
- These offers are intended for ongoing monthly care, ideal for long term residents, yet are available for tourists using the package within 1 week (instead of 1 month)
