With 15 years of experience supporting people with mental disabilities and a university degree in Psychomotor Therapy, I bring a holistic and mindful approach to bodywork and well-being.
A massage therapist professionally since 2018, I trained in Portugal (CEFAD) and India (Auroville), and completed a 500+ hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India and Italy. I believe in the therapeutic connection between mind, body, and soul, creating meaningful, restorative, and deeply relaxing experiences for each person.

has been a massage therapist since 2006 and started offering mobile treatments with Health Massage Algarve in Lagos in 2014. She holds a bachelor degree in physiotherapy.
She has a long standing passion for massage therapy, has been teaching Pilates since 2011 and offers massage courses.
Indah supports people recovering from surgery, after injury or periods of reduced physical activity towards an active lifestyle and well being.
She is also available in a local treatment room in Lagos.
