André is a physiotherapy technician and massage professional trained by the CEFAD institute in Faro.

His main focus and motivation is relaxing, alleviating muscular tension and aid to physical recovery. 

Besides giving massage treatments, his background as a physiotherapy assistant and his extensive training in the sports sector, qualify him to treat minor  sports injuries, improve muskuloskeletal pain and mobility, and advise exercises you can do at home. 

When he is not giving treatments, he is involved in water sports and offers kitesurfing lessons in Tavira.
