About me
I am a physiotherapist, massage therapist and movement teacher with over 15 years of experience helping people recover from injury, surgery and pain.
Since graduating in Physiotherapy in Amsterdam in 2009, I have worked in rehabilitation, home care and private practice, combining hands-on treatment with therapeutic exercise and movement-based approaches. I´ m registered in Portugal with the ordem dos fisioterapeutas with number 11014.
My background in massage therapy, Pilates and Yoga allows me to take a holistic approach to recovery, helping clients improve mobility, regain confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.
Languages spoken: English, Portuguese, Dutch and German (fluent), French and Spanish.
