About Indah

I am passionate about helping people regain strength, mobility and confidence in their bodies after injury, surgery or periods of physical limitation. My approach combines physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise and movement education, always adapted to the individual and their goals. Treatments may include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, mobility work and guidance for long-term recovery.

With a bachelor of science degree in physiotherapy since 2009, and professionally recognised in Portugal (11014 - ordem dos fisioterapeutas), I have been working independently in the Algarve since 2014, supporting clients with rehabilitation, pain management, movement therapy and massage treatments.

My professional journey began with massage therapy in 2006, working at sports events and providing home care while studying physiotherapy in the Netherlands. This combination of hands-on treatment and rehabilitation continues to shape the way I work today.

I have been teaching Pilates and movement-based exercise since 2011 and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training as part of my continuing education. My background in movement allows me to bridge rehabilitation and exercise, helping clients not only recover from pain but also build strength, balance and resilience for the future.

I believe treatment is most effective when people feel comfortable, listened to and actively involved in their recovery. Whether I am working with someone after surgery, helping them overcome persistent pain, or supporting them in returning to an active lifestyle, my goal is always to provide professional care that is both practical and personal.

Mobile physiotherapy visits are available in Lagos and the surrounding area.

Although my current focus is physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I continue to offer massages for groups, retreats, wellness events and special occasions. Individual massage treatments are available at my treatment spaces in Lagos and Raposeira.

I also offer comprehensive practice oriented massage courses.
