I confirm that i will provide any professional equipment needed for the services i offer and that i will use my own professional equipment. This applies to your own space as well as mobile visits to clients. For example, In case of mobile massage therapy, a mobile massage table, oil and towels are required. In case of yoga and Pilates, mats are required, Personal Trainers should also have a mat and other small equipment ready for use. I will buy the equipment needed and have it ready for use, in case i don´t have it at the time of this application

required: I will pay an annual membership fee of 50,00EUr., paid by direct bank transfer, to promote my fixed establishment or mobile service on the website Healthmassagealgarve.com (in any given area of the Algarve). This includes a listing on the website with information about me, my services and rates, location and contact details (no website will be mentioned). Reviews may be added over time, given i ask clients to fill in the review form from Health Massage Algarve.

For reservations MADE BY Health Massage Algarve, a 20% commission is applicable for the mediation service (includes all communication needed to make the reservation on behalf of clients). This amount is requested beforehand as a means of committing the client to the reservation as well as securing our commission.

I will make sure to communicate my availability and times for possible reservations correctly to Healthmassagealgarve.com (in case of a mediation service)

I agree to the processing of my personal data for contact between Health Massage Algarve and me, for visibility of my profile and services offered on the website, as well as possible visibility of my profile in marketing (i.e. facebook or instagram posts, flyers) promoting this website
